RISO XMAS-CARDS is 1 of 3 workshops offered as part of the Open Day. The other workshops happening during the Open Day are COLLABORATIVE PRINTMAKING WITH RIKKI HEWITT (1pm-2pm)and T-SHIRT PRINTING WITH TOM (11am-12pm).

For this workshop you'll get to learn how the risograph printer works and come away with a set of 10 unique riso printed cards.

The riso colours you'll be using are Teal and Fluorescent pink, printing onto recycled, off-white cartridge paper. Draw, collage or stamp your card designs using the materials provided as part of the workshop.

You’re more than welcome to bring along your own materials such as photos, patterned paper or magazine cuttings.

Things to think about before the workshop:

• Your design will be printed onto A4 size paper which will be folded in half to make the card. Your design should fit within an A5 size page.

• You can overlap the colours to create a third colour! When you blend Teal and Fluorescent pink you get Purple.

• For the workshop you'll have about 40 minutes to mock up your design.
